Pan Asian with our partner, VIP Polymer can supply state of the art Tunnel Segment Gasket which is used for the segmental lining of bored tunnels. These TSG, are designed to perform despite misalignment during ground movement. The groove dimensions of our gaskets are manufactured with precision such that the segments are fully closed with no gaps when compressed. The elastomer are make according to EN 681 and are resistant to polluted water and other microbiological attacks.

The TSG are available in different profile and width. The TSG are also available in Cast in profile, and do not have solid corners that crack the Tunnel Segment.
