Automatic Raking Bar Screen

The objective of screening is to separate and to protect the station or process of the possible arrival of large debris, it is also to separate and evacuate easily the voluminous matter. The screen is static and is clean by a rake system which is powered by geared motors with option for automatic or manual operation.

The Automatic Trash rake system is recommended for screening equipment with continuous and automatic cleaning which are installed in waterways of depth.  Cleaning is executed by means of a rake that is detachable and transports the solid waste deposited in the screen, lifting and discharging it in the upper part towards a container, conveyor or compactor.

Hydraulic Raking screen

Automatic screening systems for cleaning widths of 0.5 to 100m, cleaning depths of up to 100m and screen bar spacing of 2-100mm.

It can be employed in: Waste water systems, CSO’s, pump stations, river water and sea water extraction plants for water, drinking water and process water treatment, cooling water intakes in nuclear power stations and thermal power stations, fish farms, and much more.

Small System Screen

The Small system screen works as a single standalone system which perform the functions of screening, washing, extraction and drying.

Basket Screen - screen with mesh of 0.5 to 5 mm

Conveyor Screen - screen with mesh of 0.25 to 10 mm. This screen is kept clean by means of brush which is fixed to the exterior extreme part of the helix conveyor

Vertical Conveyor Screen - screen with mesh of 0.25 to 10 mm. This screen is kept clean by means of brush which is fixed to the exterior extreme part of the helix conveyor

The combination system allows for:
